Ingredients

12 thrushes

6 cloves of garlic

1 onion

Saffron

1 dry red pepper

1 glass of virgin olive oil

1 glass of white wine

Preparation
Feather thrushes are cleaned and the respiratory tract is removed and placed in a pressure cooker with salt, pepper, saffron, bay leaf, red dry pepper and hot oil to burn the bay leaves. Water to cover them. In a mortar we put three fried garlic, three raw garlic, parsley, and salt, we crush with onion in fried julienne and white wine. Meanwhile, the thrush are browning. Once browned, add the ingredients of the mortar plus the avecrem, 30 minutes in the pot over low heat since the weight begins to spin.
