Recommendations for the visitor
For greater enjoyment of the visit to the Natural Park, it is advisable to follow the following tips:

Have enough water for the entire route.

If you are going to make the visit alone, you should warn someone about the itinerary that you intend to take.

In summer, it is recommended to start the tour early in the morning, avoiding the hours of maximum sunshine. You have to protect yourself from the sun.

In winter, it is necessary to take warm clothes.

Caring for and maintaining the facilities and equipment of the Park.

Enjoy the sounds of nature, avoiding making noises.

Regulations for the conservation of the Park
We are in a protected natural space. To contribute to its conservation we must:

Respect the forest regulations, and deposit the garbage in the authorized places.

Be responsible for the protection and respect of the park and its cultural and natural values, so that its enjoyment by future generations is possible.

Do not raise fossil material, natural resources, rocks or minerals.

Observe the animals from a safe distance, avoiding feeding or chasing them. First of all, respect for the fauna.

The capture of animals is completely prohibited, biodiversity must be respected.

Avoid starting, cutting or intentionally damaging the vegetation.

Respect the maximum speed allowed and drive with caution, since the transit of wild animals is frequent, some of them in high danger of extinction, such as the Iberian Lynx.

Do not light a fire, except in the places allowed and with prior authorization. You must not throw cigarette butts, they have a high risk of fire provocation.

Never leave the marked path and only travel through the established paths, in case of risk of loss. Going into the forest is never the shortest way.

Responsible for pets, always having to be tied. Do not forget to remove the depositions they generate from the roads.

Do not introduce exotic animals and plants, as they can cause significant damage to the ecosystem and its biodiversity.

Fishing in authorized areas and times, always with the current fishing license.

Camping at campsites duly authorized by the Ministry of Environment (CMA). In all the territorial scope of the Park the free camping is prohibited practiced with tents, sheds, caravans, motorhomes or other means.

Follow the instructions of the staff of the Natural Park or forest guards.

It is not allowed the emission of dazzling lights or flashes that alter the night environment, except for the use of individual lanterns.

Collaborate with the good maintenance of the Park, contributing suggestions and facilitating the fulfillment of its objectives.
